People often don't know where to start when considering alterations to their home and who to trust when getting advice. I offer independent advice in the early stages of consideration on what type of builder to look out for, the rough costs and the best way to get the ball rolling.
I can negotiate all the quote costs and translate the jargon so that you can be fulling informed on what the contracts includes.

I will keep an eye on the process to prevent an all too common problem of friction arising between client and architect, client and builder, or builder and architect.
